- Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD
- Orders 0kg–2kg: $14.90 CAD (3–9 business days)
- Orders 2kg–30kg: $21.90 CAD (3–9 business days)
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance. Customs duties (if any) are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted: Within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging
- Return shipping: Customer's responsibility (unless item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)
- Refund processing: Within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped
